Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gown
Carefully fold your garment into its original packaging to prevent wrinkling and include all accessories like belts or detachable straps.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the gown, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
